Our culture surrounds us with walls of crap Food.

This isn’t okay - Knock the walls down!

Your Story - Is still being written

 Team Descartes is for you if;

  • You want to improve your health, energy in fitness in one season.

  • You want to reduce eating and drinking things that are unhealthy.

  • You like sports - It’s us against the bad guys.

  • You want to get old, ancient even, because it’s too late to die young and pretty.

  • You seek to be a provider - not a burden on others. 

  • You know you can't continue to abuse your body and brain without consequences.

  • You might have a metabolic warning sign(s) - Overweight, High Blood Pressure, ED, High Triglycerides/Cholesterol, Sleep Apnea, pre-Diabetes...               

  • You’re smart.  The Team Descartes approach is - "We Think, Therefore We Win."  We outsmart our opponents – the Malkateers - and their attempts to Bubba us.

Team Descartes is not for current 'Health All-Stars' – the tiny percentage of Americans that exercise 5 times a week (weights and cardio), have a healthy diet, and high mental energy.        

Team Descartes is about getting you on the path to the Health All-Star level with the tools to stay there. Once you’re there, you’ll continue to adjust diet-exercise-sleep on your own or with specialists.      

A Season of Transformation

Team D is not a BS ‘top-secret’ plan perfect health or immortality. 

Team D is about feeling and thinking in ways to motivate you, defeating the foods that are making you ill, and doing the most important basics for long-term good health. 

What’s not involved: 

                No best diet for everyone menu or meal plan (you wouldn’t eat it anyway).

                No drinks, foods, supplements, or vitamins you’ll be pressured to buy (they’re normally crap).

                No calorie counting (because it doesn’t work). 

Those traditional diet plan practices are crap. 

Why create a complicated menu of things you don’t like to eat,

buy stuff you don’t need,

or do things that don’t work?

Let’s do what works for you. 

  • The best diet plan is low in sugar and vegetable oils, high in the fruits, vegetables and healthy proteins that you like to eat - that you’ll happily eat.  You’ll experiment and adjust over time.

  • Don’t trust any diet plan that sells things - their drinks, foods, supplements, vitamins or other prepared processed foods are suspect.  Micro nutrients are fragile, they exist in fresh foods and don’t survive food processing.  A “veggie bar” or “fruit beverage” isn’t as healthy as veggies and fruits. 

  • Calorie counting is a dismal failure that’s been torturing people for decades. Calorie counting programs focus on two things – Selling you stuff and keeping you as a paying member.  The calorie focus ignores, nutrients, nutrition and that some foods make you hungry and other foods make you feel full.  The membership model makes long-term membership a higher priority than results.  

The Team Descartes Model is about you.  There is no food to sell, or endless cross promotions.  You’ll get results, or not, in a limited amount of time – a season of 4-6 month is best.  Either way, you’ll learn and move on to learn more about what works for you.  What’s best for you.
